Potentially: a critical system didn't "fail well" due to bad management & too much complexity...
It kind smells like they got hacked. Hence their payment processing issues and service suspension for affected customers. Just saying..
Must be trying to unplug all those monitoring hardware before the EU inspectors arrive.
I'd say its more like a spotty nationwide issue. I know of people throughout Washington state that are having issues. Definitely not just the east side of the Mississippi.
Verizon has the best coverage in general and the most expensive as well
Good time for customers affected by this to cancel their contract or move to another carrier. Who in the right mind cancel a service for the customer whom they (Verizon) themselves see having technical issues with their billing system.
