Well, i want it much better than moto g.
I think this spec enough.
3mp front camera(2mp not bad)
Let's see what will happen.
AnonD-222882, 21 Jul 2014A worthy successor to Moto G's legacy should have---> -Snapdragon 410 -2GB RAM(I multita... moreexactly what I want with a 5 inch screen n bigger battery along with the 16Gb variant also available.
lol, 22 Jul 2014based on your given specs i think this isnt budget phone..Actually, it is.
The speaker grill looks awfull.
They should add capacitive buttons at the bottom of the screen, to let you use the whole 4.5' screen and a bigger battery (2500+mAh) would be an improvement.
A worthy successor to Moto G's legacy should have--->
-2GB RAM(I multitask a lot)
-8MP shooter(don't care much)
-better screen/body ratio
-micro SD slot(must have for me)
-non reflective coating on the screen
-priced accordingly of course.
Would make it a perfect phone.
I would upgrade without any second thoughts.
I want that Moto logo on the front of the device otherwise it looks like a Chinese phone -_-
1up, 21 Jul 2014They should upgrade the SoC to Snapdragon 410Yeah, 410 is 64bit where 400 is 32bit and 410 has built in LTE modem. It'll be great if they increase the RAM too, but 1 GB is still OK.
Keep everything the same, I only want snapdragon 410 chipset instead of 400
Wow underpowered or what. Moto G is higher powered than its successor, does not make sense. newer phone lower spec.
A successor's G has the same specs? A successor must have a higher specs.
Please make dual sim with LTE...and do not remove the micro sd slot...slightly bigger than 4.5"...thumbs up with the front facing speaker...comes with latest android L...bigger battery this time...stick with same resolution...please make all of these, will you? Thanks moto.
