Hi All,
Yesterday I got my Mi3 and i could order in 22 mins.
Really worth waiting and buying this device. It has all high end features at Low cost. I started using it and stunned by the finish and features. Great screen, camera, Speed, custom tools, Android support, etc....
Santosh..
Tried several times to order. It got struck in the address every time. Despite address already registered it repeatedly asked for it and did not accept. Very frustrating experience. I was bit angry and upset as I spent an hour trying to buy it. Humiliating.
Before purchase by observation in facebook on the MI3's memory were promptly deleted 3 times and I did not try again. Xiaomi was very sensitive to any negative remark on the obvious low memory in their smartphone.
I was also quite shocked that they opened the registration once again when they are having huge backlog which is yet to be cleared.
I feel, by taking the demand to extreme limits they want to corner some cheap publicity at the cost of eager potential customers.
Kiran, 23 Jul 2014Flipkart showed what we Indians are best at - Extremely unprofessional approach towards custom... moreYou covered only one half of the story. Flipkart did not display any reviews (certified buyers or anonymous reviewers) till yesterday. Today, they are showing top 5 good reviews by certified buyers (selected by them as most useful) only and not showing any bad reviews. All this ONLY for MI3. For any other product (there are thousands of products in their site), you can view all good/bad reviews. It just ensures I will never buy MI3 from flipkart.

Next time any of u try to order it just give cod and Don waste time on online payment try logging in into 3 different devices rather than different WI down which won't help
nobody tells how many phones they sold in 38 minutes and closed the sale... after getting 1 lac registration , they should sell at least 70000 phones. but i think it may be 3000 phone. flipcart n xiaomi should declare no. of pieces sold on sale day.
Flipkart is a horrible site. They do not support for products bought. From their site. I bought a karbonn handset. Which was defective. The model turned out to be. Outdated. Its been nearly year and a half neither Flipkart no r karbonn. Is ready to. Resolve.
Flipkart showed what we Indians are best at - Extremely unprofessional approach towards customers. Whether it is in selling products like Moto G, Moto E or particularly Xiaomi MI3. They register people but not let them know their priority status.
Not stopping registration within reasonable limits either. (they are seeking fresh registrations now for another week, with a backlog of over 95,000 registrations!)
If they had only 5000 pieces of MI3 to sell, why should they register more than 20 times of this number? They could have given number to those who registered and could have prioritized the delivery as "first register first serve" basis.
Instead, they behaved like a government bus service where people standing in queue are pushed aside by late arriving, queue jumping goons to obtain the seats. Many presumed that their early registration would work. However, this never happened. Only few people who could access internet at 12 noon leaving all other work managed to buy it
irrespective of when they registered. On the top, Flipkart website did not
progress beyond a point. For few, it started the order, but did not recognize their
address. On refreshing, the same screen never came!
The entire experience has left a bad taste and frustration for huge number of people. Hope Flipkart will not become some despising stuff. Such unprofessionalism is humiliating to customers. But, this is India, they have monopoly and this is how the filthy game
is played! What more can be said?
Going to be number one in the world soon . Great job Xiaomi. Actually quality is same as I phone because I phone production cost or bill of materials BOM is just $199 of 5s. Other cost is for marketing , service, profit and chinnovation. But Xiaomi is the showing tha actual price to the world. Samsung and apple should learn from Xiaomi.
Xiaomi Mi3 was sold in India exclusively with e-commerce website Flipkart, which was not ready for huge traffic.

AnonD-286411, 23 Jul 2014For the masses and not the classes! No service centres or proper spares. The UI also not so g... moreUI not great? I wonder if iOS users will agree with you...
Yeah, service centre is a challenge... Regarding spares, how did you know that they are not available?
Do you really think that hTC/ Sony / Samsung can match it's performance at this price point? Wake up and smell the coffee.
Sammy has always been the laggiest of all, thanks to TouchWiz. hTC has always given better performance than its specs, but matching speed of Snapdragon 800 with 2 GB? You are funny...
AnonD-286411, 23 Jul 2014For the masses and not the classes! No service centres or proper spares. The UI also not so g... morewhat a joke u said there :'D
If you don't know anything about Xiaomi then just shut up . You say Samsung, HTC, Sony are better? Comeon grow up . Xiaomi gives best in half price and you say UI is not good HA!!! then why iphone users downloading MIUI's theme for jailbroken iphone ?
My friend at Flipkart told me that only 500 pieces were available with Flipkart and out of which 50 pieces sold through reference scheme.
