[deleted post]wrong... all ios user have a job.. they used iphone for searching information on the internet when they had free time ... not like android user... spend more time on customize phone theme ~
TT, 04 Aug 2014It's because it is much quicker to read on an Android bigger screen. This doesnt count time, this counts clicks. By the way my iPad Air has bigger screen than any android phone ;)
iPhone is King, 04 Aug 2014Note 3 battery capacity is rated twice the size of iPhone 5S. Yet its battery endurance cannot... moreWell, considering the number of diffrences between the Note 3 and the 5s, it's no wonder that twice the capacity does not lead to twice rhe endurance (larger screen, more powerful CPU and so on).
The Note 3 is not the only phone with good endurance and performance out there. For example, another phone with very nearly twice the battery capacity of the 5s is the LG G2 (which I own, so I can give you more accurate information). I use it heavily, mainly for browsing, YouTube and the odd app, and I only have to charge it once every 3 days. The Note 3 is even better than the G2 in terms of endurance. As for charging, if you use the charger, not the USB cable and the PC, and refrain ffrom using the phone while charging, it will charge in less than 2h (mine charges in around 100 minutes).
Tablets have better endurance because they have no phone antenna usually, and because of their much larger battery. In the case of iPads, iOS's so-called 'multitasking' means nothing will run in the background, so the tablet will use very little power.
It is easy to see that you are somewhat brainwashed by Apple. Android flagships have practically no lag to speak of, so nothing to hurt one's eyes. If you hadn't let Apple form a distorted view of smartphone ecosystems for you, you wouldn't have ignored certain basic facts.
popye, 04 Aug 2014iOS is more preferred by businessmen and creative professionals. I assume you have robust statistical data to prove this, right?
By the way, how does Net Applications monitor the traffic? Which are these 40000 sites? Are they evenly spread around the World? Some regions like China and Russia use distinctive sites that are not used elsewhere. I imagine other countries have this as well. What happens if I read, say BBC news, via their app - is it counted by Net Applications as me accessing the Internet? How about if access novinite.com - is it among these 40 000 sites? This is just a news title meant for sensation and to appeal to the emotions of the readers. The information is hardly believable. These mobile OSes are built in such a way that they constantly connect to the Internet. The user should have no access at all to the Internet in order not to access it and honestly I am ready to bet that way more than 10% of the Android users have access to the Internet. In Europe probably at least 90% of the users have access to Internet at least at home if not via the mobile network.

pt020, 04 Aug 2014Because... when they bought the iPhone they did not have any money left for a PC.iOS users have PC's as well otherwise they won't be able to upload media files onto their iPhones. It's most of Android users that don't have a PC.
Anomynous, 04 Aug 2014And how did you fail to see that this was about web browsing? What on earth does local content... moreI bet u still don't get it, the streaming site like you tube, Netflix or what ever is still a web-base traffic eater.
Anonymous, 04 Aug 2014Shouldn't someone look at what these people are actually looking at when browsing. Facebookin... moreits because iphone is an expensive phone which comes with an expensive contract and 10gigs data plan. Those bought a cheap android device are unlikely to have gigs for data plans and also the user experience of browsing is terrible.
I have used manny platforms andriod,ios,windows,meego,bb..etc.. But ios7 is far better for web bros
[deleted post]Android users spend all their time tweaking their phones. customising useless home screen. Turning it black and white. By the time they finish tweaking.. the next model is released.. they have to sell their current phone and get the next one.
Do not even have time to go online to enjoy themselves.
iPhone / iPad just out of the box is immediately productive and useful.
Most iOS users are postpaid subscribers with unlimited internet plan. Most Android users are prepaid subscribers with limited internet.
Its not new news that iOS users actually like to use their devices :)
[deleted post]Yeah, ios users don't have friend in real life. So they're are going online to seen their fake friends. 24h online lolol :)

You guys really trying hard, dont you? :)
I still have no idea how this is related to this news, but keep trying :D
[deleted post]Note 3 battery capacity is rated twice the size of iPhone 5S. Yet its battery endurance cannot exceed iPhone's by twice.
You take even longer to charge Note as you would iPhone 5S. Up to 8 hrs on a PC... wtf.
The main fact is iPhone is more battery efficient then any of your giant phones.
You see the size of iPad mini (with its 4000++ battery) trashes Note 3 /8 / 10.1 battery life.
Anyway you will not want to use your NOtes/ tabs / tablets for more then 10 hrs anyway.. Its so boring.. and the lag in webbrowsing will make ur eyes bleed first.
