This is for South Korea. For North Korea we have the G3 KIM, with a single core Mediatek and 128MB RAM (most of it reserved for government spyware), 1.6 inch monochrome display and a keypad, running a KIM UI overlay where you cant change the wallpaper, it will always be Kim. It will also feature a 1 pound lead acid battery. Starting apps can be a little hard since all of them has been renamed to "This app was brought to you by our great nations beloved leader Kim" and all the icons have Kim's face on them.
I'm still waiting for a 6" version of the G3, hope they do release one, they always release a mini version but never seem to release a maxi version, so I hope they do on this occasion.
LG is not only copying Samsung, but also Oppo.
The G3 A will compete with Find 7a as to G3 with Find 7.
the lg g3 beat is a midrange phone. the one mention in this article same specs as last yr g2
BigDude, 07 Aug 2014So this is basically a G2 with laser AF? well it also has SD card slot and removable battery design is also better so if it was avalaible in my country I would gladly go for it instead of G2 which is my favorite right now.
DynamoDuck, 07 Aug 2014Almost no difference with the G2... What are they thinking? But loses almost 1000mAh worth of battery
Hm, nice. The resolution on G3 is too high, this is much better balanced. The looks of G3 are great! I only wonder about the battery life, kinda seems Snapdragon 801 brought significant impovements there, as phones with this chipset post significantly better results.
I just heard announcement of LG G3 S a month ago...What is this then?? another mini??
