Well get your facts right,Samsung S5 cam has been tested against LGs OIS and LG was beaten down the road. And Note will have same cam if not better i guess. While it wont have OIS, but OIS not necessarly means better, it can also mean worster! Note 4 will probably have a sony cam ans beat all Smartphones out there yeah!
