Anonymous, 02 Sep 2014Nice design, I like the iPhone BUT it's to expensive.
Zo I'll wait for a Nexus 6, my Nexus ... moreWow youre the only person still using nexus 4. That phone was so fkin hideous... The worst smartphone to come out ever.
Apple does not get everything right, but they have remained relatively consistent with how they view technology. It should be invisible, remain in the background and just help the user to 'get things done'.
Samsung mainly throws everything and the kitchen sink into a phone, and sees what sticks. While this approach also has its fans, it is viewed as less than elegant by others.
Choose what suits you best, there is no single 'best' phone out there.
I prefer iPhone due to Apple's elegant approach to technology, and about having an implementation for any technology that they leverage, rather than placeing tech in a phone merely for tech's sake.
A case in point will be NFC. While useful in some cases, and a major bashing point for Android fanboys for the past THREE years, where is it now? I have not seen any widespread implementation as a standard.
It will be interesting to see what Apple shows us with regards to NFC, given that the iPhone 6 is strongly rumoured to have it. if I am right, they will show us a very useful 'implementation' as opposed to technology for its own sake.
I hope that the Android fans will take note about this, to at least understand what it is that some of us like about Apple, even if you remain with the Android platform.
Kurt bowen, 02 Sep 2014It's funny you should say that, myself and quite a few other people actually would love to see... moreThere is proof that currently, Android is much more stable than iOS. iOS still wins in smoothness in the interface though.
Anonymous, 02 Sep 2014It's not "true power" it's "true smoothness" because android use raw power... moreIn fact, since the iPhone 5s, Apple's processor has shown more raw power in CPU and GPU even than a snapdragon 805. Can't imagine what will the A8 chip will be capable of in benchmarks.
I still think that iOS sucks donkey balls. All that raw power available and not being able to TRULY Multitask? PFFT
Anonymous, 02 Sep 2014can make call and text ? welcome to a daecade ago!Nice sarcasm there, though you should have noticed he was talking about "revolutionary features" that are just making their first appearance on an iPhone but has existed in about every other brand for at least 3 years.
Nice design, I like the iPhone BUT it's to expensive.
Zo I'll wait for a Nexus 6, my Nexus 4 is becoming old.
Reaper8, 02 Sep 2014Thats such a beautiful looking device. Its bound to be pure power as well. Cant wait to see... moreIt's not "true power" it's "true smoothness" because android use raw power and iPhone utilize the a8 to have maximum smoothness
say what you want about apple but the truth will always be the same: THEY MAKE AWESOME LOOKING DEVICES. But still getting Note 4 :)
if only it got different fonts, it would be better!!sick of same fonts!!
Not bad even if it is looking like the original iphone.
There is something cheap looking about the front face/edge bezel interface though.
Apple's design evolution and polishing continues. What a beautiful device. Very excited to finally have this beauty in my hands.
nano, 02 Sep 2014Nice looking phone, how I wish that it runs android instead of iosIt's funny you should say that, myself and quite a few other people actually would love to see ios on some of the more powerful android devices such as the htc one m8,oppo find 7, Sony Experia z2 and the lg g3, that would be soooooo awesome. Those devices with the exact same specs as they have now running the very clean and stable ios would just be perfect.
FreezeGame., 02 Sep 2014I am embarrassed for Apple right now. In a few days, they will see what the Samsung Galaxy Not... moreCan you or others grasp the idea that not everyone wants a huge mobile in their pocket and could care less about all the cheesy gimmicks Samsung bloats it's UI with?
A retinal scanner?? Lol...Maybe Samsung should focus on using premium materials rather than cheap plastic and faux leather for its "flagship".
manubharath, 02 Sep 2014That rounded sides reminds me of Nokia N8, beautiful!!I agree its like downsized nokia N8 from side :)
Overall its nice looking device... It will cost damn good. :(
Thats such a beautiful looking device.
Its bound to be pure power as well. Cant wait to see how fast the A8 is.
