I need 6 inches or more.
I currently have the Z Ultra at 6.4 inches.
5.2 is a joke.
They are chasing iPhone to the bottom.

Eventually all kids in this forum will grow up.

I agree that I loved those times when there were so many SE phones with different characters, T, C, S, W series and so on. Now war in smartphone world is so tight that is hard to stand out. At least Sony showed everyone how to make waterproof phones and compact superphones. Those are thinys what changed the way things are going in smartphone world nowadays.Probably it's too risky to do it old way.

Yeah, agree with james79, WT19i speakers just blows earbuds. Miss this thing in newer Sonys (I'm still using this 3 year old phone and still waiting for good enough replacement).

If there is no increase in the HDD, there is no reason for me to look at this phone. Google software engineers working on the development of the software have already stated that they would be stop supporting micro sd slots in the hardware eventually; therefore, all these 16 gb phones will be, in the near future, receive no support for the HDD and not get any support for their mSD slots.

So...The Z3 is basically a camera improvement (ridiculous ISO) and stereo speakers.

AmateurHistorian, 02 Sep 2014Doesn't matter if Sony tries to come back to US market. Highend Android market callapsed and p... moreSony could never succeeded in the US whilst their phones kept arriving so late compared to the rest of the world.

The particularity of the US market in which the majority is tied-in to a contract doesn't make it any easier. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and others pretty much rule at will what phone brands and models will succeed in the US. Sad but true.

It already pointed out in the blog section, Z3 is not ment as an upgrade for Z1 or Z2, but rather an upgrade for Z. Or just an alternative for Z2.
As a xperia user I can say xperia phones are worth keeping for at least 2 years.
