How much this thing affect of health if someone wear it all day 356/year ? Phones cause cancer, so this thing could be worse. Is there any studies how it affect health ?
The pricing for an unlocked phone is stupid!
This is an iFail of epic proportion!
It was time Apple got into a different market segment since their phones are not cutting it any more. Watch out "Watch Makers".....
WRT iphone 6, why do I need to even bother.
what does the author mean when he said in the last paragraph, last sentence. "iphone 4s and below need not to apply?"
Design-wise Apple's smartwatch is just as ugly as Samsung's Galaxy Gear. I don't understand why people got so excited, when Cook presented the iWatch. What's all the fuss about? All smartwatches lack funcionality, and pretend to be smartphones. And above all, they cost too much.
Until now the moto 360 smart watch is the best smart watch available best looking best softwear best way to charge no one comes close to it yet and price amazing just 250$
Haven't decided which is fuglier, iPhone 6 or iWatch, but they're both horrible compared to the competition.
Wow. The comment sections in the media are actually readable now. If it was Samsung or any Android product release, it would have been flooded with iShills like shouting "copy", "fugly", "cheap", and "gimmick" as part of their 24x7 propaganda to trash competitors and brainwash gullible and naive consumers.
Geeeek, 09 Sep 2014People shoudl really research before they write, apple patented the watch design 3 years ago, ... more"apples patent application the inspired google and samsung to rush and release a watch before apple"
LOLLLLL,,,, Samsung released their first watch phone 1999, budy :)
Pepale, 09 Sep 2014With so much hatred in the comments on the watch, Apple must have a very good porduct...Samsung must have even more great products then.
Dazz, 09 Sep 2014Whats even funny about that is Retina is just a Marketing term indicating the ppi is past x am... moreactually, retina is just the name that apple gave to their technology like gorilla glass did for example..they named it retina because it is the amount of ppi the human eye (retina) is capable of seeing in addition to the distance from the screen so they calculate the distance from the screen that the human eye wont see any image pixelated...hope it's understandable ;)
Copied? Microsoft had smartwatches back in 2003 - remember the SPOT watch?
