Apple FAILS big time!
Overhyped and Overpriced iPhone. Maybe good for people who never had iPhone, but for all previous owners, it's a wake up call to LEAVE Apple and ATT!
Other phones from other companies (i.e. Samsung, LG, SE, HTC, etc...) already have those features albeit not a good OS like that found in the iPod/iPhone but with much better features at almost the same price!
Bonus: Most other phones are UNLOCKED!!!

I really want to like this 3GS , i really want to jump into Apple wagon .... But i just Can't do it !! whats all the fuzz in this phone !! Nokia , SE , Samsung phones really doing well and offering some great new specs this year .
And apple fans are excited for THIS !! come on ppl .

what a POS, 3.2 megapixel camera with VGA video recording! ? that is already on a 3 year old phones not to mention they also had 5 megapixel camera with flash
still no AMOLED screen(was rumored)
still no bluetooth file sharing
still no battery changeable
still no multitasking
still no flash player
still no front camera video call
still same design
just use photoshop edit a few spec on a glossy poster and call it a "next generation iphone" there you brainwash the herd of sheep to upgrade more like downgrade, am i right plox ?

I suspect that the US manufacturers of cell phones will NEVER catch up to their worldwide counterparts in the cell phone hardware business. Guess who controls ALL the manufacturing: It is the asians (samsung, HTC, etc). They know they have the US cell phone vendors by the b***s. They will make it expensive to have the same state of the art hardware features as what these guys (asian companies) put out. So the US manufacturers are stuck with making the phones "cute" easy to use etc, which is really their strong point: software.
So, we will be stuck with incremental pre-2008 updates from Apple and with possibly crappy software on the state-of-the art asian phones. This is the darker side of US outsourcing which is coming back to haunt US.

Why don't i see anything impressing, is this for real? We're in 2009 and that's all this phone can do? I'm sticking with Windows Mobile, Cause we seem to get more features in a daily basis by updating and tweaking the device.. Beautiful life with a WinMo phone!! =D
Well since the iPhone's price tag is fair, i think the Phone is fair too..

Apple did the right decision - they didn't change the phone design, they will keep it the same as this is the perfect design, there is no need to improve it! At least for the nearest future, 2-3 years.
iPhone will be forever, as this is the true "i" Phone, true use "i"nterface, true "i"nternet Phone.

(remember the debut of $499 and $599? LOL!)
The over-rated iPhone will always be what it is: Simply OVER-RATED!
Other than its web browser, the rest is junk...
Then again, some more people are probably already lined up again in front of Apple/AT&T stores... Good luck, people!! ;-D

i know! too bad you weren't able to view my videos clearly on the iPhone 3G. Maybe, I should consider buying a Samsung Omnia or that Nokia 5800 Express Music for that matter. What do you think?
