How can I install it on my iPad 1? The latest iOs version is the 5.1
Thank you for your help
most of that old iphone already dead coz of its dying battery.... lol
1- This isn't a ROM, this is re-enginered
/hacked firmware, it is not based on any source, so not builded from scratch.
2- Each of Custom roms for android are based on typical source; AOKP, Cyanogen, AOSP etc..., they transforms, changes your phone sometimes totally another with different functionalities but this thing doesn't provide something different, it just ports or imitate them...
3- Linux or BSD is the freedom, not apple's toy, so not equivalent with Android.
AnonD-78016, 16 Sep 2014Do people even have iPhone or iPhone 3G anymore? they'd be nearly a decade old, would it even ... moreI have a iPhone 3G. Using it as mainly just a music player. Despite the age, it still runs very smooth. You have to remember that the screen resolution of 320 x 480 doesn't require much processing power. Also, remember that iphones have been pretty smooth since the iPhone 1. Old android phones have been very laggy, but Google has done an excellent job to make them "buttery" for current phones. iPhones have always had that smoothness.
Mind you, if this is based on iOS 3.x
the security is even more vulnerable, it is rather cool though, if anybody want to install this, make sure there is no sensitive stuff in the phone.
AnonD-81723, 16 Sep 2014got an old 3G, screen is doing right but battery is where is holding back, and i knew about th... moreI'm doing the same with my iPod touch second gen. It's still my primary device for music after 5 years.

AnonD-78016, 16 Sep 2014Do people even have iPhone or iPhone 3G anymore? they'd be nearly a decade old, would it even ... more3G is 6 years old now, I have one and use it as a music player mostly. Thinking about this firmware but not sure, I already have a bunch of apps in it (a lot from WhitedOOr) but it's nice to hear as Apple doesn't offer any support any more. I go to App Store, they offer a download and then when you click on it it says you need a higher iOS version!?! Pathetic.
Meanwhile I have a 7-year old Nokia laying around too, I just go to the Nokia Store and download Opera Mini or whatever app I need. It took me 10 attempts on various pirate sites to get a working version of Opera Mini for the iPhone 3G...
why they never do anything for ipod 4 which is a more capable device and hardware with Retina desplay.. serious..
