these are excellent prices.
Samsung will make you buy a new a display for damaged screens at 400 dollars.
109 dollars is a steal.
back in the day replacing battery will cost 200 dollars for iphone 4 and 4s.
things have changed I guess, and yes.... no companies cover accidental damage or even offer it, except for apple and Asus on "some" of their products. ON top of that most iphone users I know have a case anyways.
props to you apple.
their customer service got even better. their out of warranty policy is just excellent.
AnonD-263286, 20 Sep 2014They know how fragile the iphone6 are, so they are ready to steal more money from their customersLet me guess....I suppose your another nasty iPhone basher!!!! Why do people like you even bother come on here! You lot are so pathetic so sad and that the fact you probably can't afford an iPhone after all it's a premium product and not all sad people like you can afford it!
At the very least, people do have the choice in purchasing an extra part of the warranty which will cover them should things go wrong UNLIKE Samsung!!!!
Please do bear in mind that ALL Smartphones are fragile and NOT just Apple products! Please wake up you iPhone basher! Save up buy it then criticise!
people who can't treasure and take good care of their iPhone don't deserve it.
treat it like its your own baby and nothing will ever need to be repaired.
They know how fragile the iphone6 are, so they are ready to steal more money from their customers
Thank God coz at Samsung we get ADH ;I pity the guy who dropped his IPhone seconds after purchase
I see it. All the people who went away are coming back now that IPhone finally using bigger screens.
Pretty cheap that screen replacement thing is. Knockoff parts on eBay cost just slightly less.
If you are accident prone, i think it's wiser to get life insurance.
What's with the white sticker strips on the back of the phone? That's really ugly.
Lol. GSMA loves iphone launches. It really drives up the clicks. Has any other company had their warranty info posted on this site before? You guys really know how to get those Android fans to click. Post more Apple stuff because you know the Android fanboys aren't actually going to click on Android articles. The real interest will always be on Apple.
Better to buy iphones on official retailers. Actually apple has a good warranty when it comes to factory defects, if they can't fix it you'll get a brand new one even if it's scuffed, has dents or scratches. For other big time companies that sell plastic crap, will void your warranty once they see it. Or worse if it can't be repaired they will ask you to pay for more to replace this in that even if it's still under warranty.
Welcome to the 21st century where modern citizens voluntarily get robbed.
Seriously apple phones are a good gimmick in themselves. Someday they will be so cheap that people will use these apples for juggling in circus, cos no one's gonna buy them.
Anonymous, 20 Sep 2014Very good moves from Apple. They seem to be more attentive now. Repair costs are laid out up f... moreYou mean, Apple made up a cool story about Google (false, as laid out the next day by Google) and "forgot" to inform his sheep about the terms in iAD and ID, which contradict his own words about Apple too.
