NOW WE COMPETELY FORGOT the iFlex6 disaster.
Hope the apple's propaganda is happy?????
This "NEWS" is only to deflect the ppl's attention away from the Apple's design disaster. With some defective Note4. LOL
Note4 WILL NOT HAVE a gap(and have not)Otherwise the journalists at the Note 4 presentation would report it (all of them are iboys)
Even more; No one would buy Note4 with gaps, as the zombies buy iFlex no matter what.
Reaper8, 29 Sep 2014The issue is that Samsung pushed Apple too far. Apple pushed back and came out swinging with t... moreHow they forget the iphone 6 review which had MORE minus than plus ooh!
First Apple pay is a gimmick, as stated in order to be of benefit you need to buy something, HAVE a credit card and the shop possess an NFC terminal (I assume they still accept cash & credit card also)
This is a financial stream Apple will receive 15c per transaction, NFC is restricted to Apple pay
Another is page 3 “Airplay is the only way to wirelessly cast your screen's contents to an HDTV, but you'd need to have an Apple TV for that” and I bet the Apple TV won’t come cheap
In 2012 obtain an iPhone5 on a 2 year contract
In 2014 upgrade? the iPhone5 on a 2 year contract to the iPhone6,
The iPhone6 is NOT an upgrade it is just a larger display iPhone5 here is the comparison http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=4910&idPhone2=6378
Improved benchmarks do NOT give the iPhone 6 physical features like water or dust proof, shooting 4K video, page load milliseconds faster so what.
Apple ecosystem is NOT of my linking but a long time before Apple there was doctrines already in place, so as Not to breach any copyright let’s call them “Acquisition Rules”
These are the most apt for those buying a 2012 iPhone6 to use until 2016
12. Anything worth selling is worth selling twice
13. Anything worth doing is worth doing for money
82. A smart customer is not a good customer
And re recent events well there is this
105. Wise men don't lie, they just bend the truth
For a person looking at iPhone evolution, it is a disgrace that Tim Cook has stated this is an upgrade and every year reasonable expectations are dashed as even less and less is added
A 16GB iPhone6 (a larger display 16Gb iPhone5) on a two year contract cost in the UK over £1000 /$1625 /€1281, a 2012 phone dolled up not my opinion Gsmarena specs
aMended 12. Anything worth selling is worth selling twice, thrice, four times if Apple is lucky
iPhone 5 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm. Area 72.5468 sq cm
iPhone 5S 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm. Area 72.54.68 sq mm
iPhone 6 138.1 x 67.0 x 6.9 mm. Area 92.527 sq cm
iPhone 6+ 158.1 x 77.8 x 7.1 mm Area 123.0018 sq cm
Density is something you should be familiar with which is weight divided by volume
The reason for bendgate is iPhones are getting both LARGER and thinner the iPhone6 plus is not a rigid as the ipHone 5 and in Tim Cook has a problem with the answer he can blame maths, or GSMARENA have the dimensionS all wrong
A cube 1Cm is universally weak / strong on any point AREA divided by WIDTH is numeric 1
If the numeric answer is increasing it is getting thinner
MATHS AREA divided by WIDTH
Iphone5 & iphone5S 9.54563
Iphone 6 is 13.4097
Iphone 6+ is 17.324197
The iphone5 is stockier & shorter and thicker so more force is need to warp it not me MATHS but do get someone to explain it to you
Quality control and warranty will address those Notes 4 we got it covered
but in 2012 Olympic the years a lot or records were not just broken....
No gorilla no sapphire...
These things are mass produced, so chances are, this is like my first Note 3, that had a cracked case, suffering damage during packing and shipping, perhaps from pressure. I bet like the iPhone 6+, this is a 10 units only world-wide issue!
(Samsung gave me a new Note 3 BTW via Carphone Warehouse. It was pretty tough.)
I saw the Note 4 at IFA and it looks like a big Alpha.
This will be a success in China for businessmen, they still use calling cards there and foreigners doing business in China are advised to keep the calling cards they just received in front of them during the meeting and also to study them and pretend its interesting. Now Samsung is providing the awesome calling card holder feature of Note 4, great. The problem is that Samsungs region lock will prevent you from using a Chinese SIM while in China so you would be using another phone during your stay anyway as your Note 4 will be instantly blocked once you try to insert a Chinese SIM.
I think Samsung is trying to theft proof the note 4 by allowing you to swipe your credit card on your own phone when making a purchase rather than on the shop's own scanner which can be used to steal your card data. That is so innovative. Apple will bend down and pay homage to Samsung for such innovation.
Slifur, 29 Sep 2014Oh c'mon! Everyone knows that samsung phones is just a copy of sony, htc, iphone and LG. Copies what, ignorant? LG it's one of the biggest copiers of Samsung. It is in the design, materials, software, it is in all. And Apple now, do the same.
Wonder, 29 Sep 2014I'd hardly call this a problem. If it is a flaw which leads to the inoperability or damage of ... moreNot really, it's actually just standard Samsung build quality. They just didn't realise that insulting rivals over everything would make people start looking at their own products too.
I'd hardly call this a problem. If it is a flaw which leads to the inoperability or damage of the phone - then it's a issue. This is more of a production defect more than anything.
nybreath, 29 Sep 2014Really no phone comes out now without some important issue. In the case of expensive phones li... moreWell my friend dont blame them, instead thank them.. this bloated guineapigs are the suckers before we purchase the Phones we like.. Once a defect is seen, the company will correct it, then lately the phone that we will purchase are flawless.. hehe Peace Out!
this is just a minor error due to lack of product quality control but still inexcusable to sell to a consumer. I am not an apple fan boy neither a Samsung fanboy but this is something that can be easily fixed unlike the iphones bendy problem.
Anonymous, 29 Sep 2014Analysis from Forbes: http://www.forbes.com/sites/ewanspence/2014/09/29/galaxy-note-4-versu... moreInteresting article so there Q sales are dropping fast. I think gapgate, igap or whatever people says, will hurt them more.
Samsung never copy like Apple did with the iFlex or iBend. They have this new innovation with the the card holder gap. I rather choose a gap over a bending "premium metal" with lame issues on their iOS 8 update. There, I said it.
