Yes, Samsung deliberately admits they engineered the device to have the gap. I read it in another article. Could be for places of extreme weather where the screen may expand and shrink due to the rapid decline of temperature.
As it is expected from Samsung. Never considered build quality. All smartphones are produced for at least 2 years and so, to force you coming on the next productions.
It's a big disrespect to customers like you. They must learn something about design and build quality from other brands.:D
If you know physics, specifically, Thermal Expansion then you're not going to be confused about this.. :)
You see the gaps in between tiles on floorings? Well, probably it's there to avoid cracks.... Solid materials bound to expand when exposed to heat.... I believe that will be the reason why they have that gap.. It's no big deal :)
Hope they fix this problem before I'm ready to get mine. Even though they say it doesn't effect performance. It still effects the structure of the handset. You wouldn't buy it second hand if you saw this flaw so why would you by it brand new.
Anonymous, 30 Sep 2014Translation...
You want quality? Why are you buying a Samsung?
You want quality.? Why buy iPhone.?
AnonD-281018, 30 Sep 2014Only a gap :-)))))))))))))))))))If you're insecure about the gap issue.. Go ahead and bend your iPhone.... Don't worry cause you'll have that gap as well and.... Take note, The GAP WILL BEND AS WELL :)
That's Samsung's motto for quality..
"we set our bar low,so no one gets too dissapointed"
[deleted post]I believe that you cried pretty hard when ANDROID users gave a FACEPAL on iPhones bendgate issue.. Well, its only a gap... At least it doesn't bend :P
AnonD-281018, 30 Sep 2014Samsung stocks went downhillStop crying already :)
[deleted post]You're trying too hard. I bet you wanted to buy a Note 4? If not, what's the problem? Did the guys on mob.hr treat you badly? :-p
AnonD-304556, 30 Sep 2014People never satisfied with any type of phones. . They always barking for something big .. alw... moreWe should be satisfied with a top of the range phone that has a physical defect, that will attract both dust and water and not say anything??
in Hungary if somebody buys Note4 with issue like this, we can call the Premium Service, and they'll come to our home, and changing the problematic parts of the phone
[deleted post]Well if you pay 800 € for Samsung flagship, a gap is not a small issue.
Or, maybe it is a new invention from South Korea giant?
