Huawei's Mate series' launch is approaching and leaks are starting to pile up. We even know some of the key specs of the regular Mate 20 but we haven't seen it in a photo like the Mate 20 Lite.
The latest report comes with live photos of the front panel of the device and reveals some interesting features. If you look closely, you will notice that the display is curved on the sides, has thin bezels and a notch on the top. The latter has a few cutouts for the selfie cam, the usual sensors and the earpiece but also for some advanced 3D sensing tech for more accurate face unlock.
On the other hand, seeing the curved screen and the in-display fingerprint, we can't help but think this might be the Mate 20 Pro we are looking at. The curved screen, in-display fingerprint, advanced 3D sensing tech - all intrinsic features of a top-shelf device, which the Mate 20 Pro is going to be.
But who knows, Huawei might surprise us. Like the previous generation, the Mate lineup should launch sometime in October.

I was also hoping that the Mate series would have kept the individuality, but unfortunately they have also turned into bi-copycats as well (notch and curved screen). Let alone the practicalities of a flat screen as mentioned before. Shame really.. ...
