The Razer Phone 2 just became available on Monday and despite being officially supported on Verizon as per Razer and its website, customers have not been able to successfully activate the phone on a Verizon line.
In order to make calls on Verizon’s network, a phone must be officially enabled by Verizon to open the VoLTE protocol for phone calls and text messages. For whatever reason, Verizon hadn’t fully enabled the Razer Phone 2 on the carrier and Razer had to tweet that it was working on a fix.
We're aware that Verizon is not enabled on the #RazerPhone 2 right now and are working to enable it ASAP—hang in there!

That was early this morning. What some repliers have tweeted is that they are able to add the Razer Phone to a Verizon line by requesting a switch to a “CDMA-Less profile” which indicates that the line would only connect to LTE and not the legacy CDMA network.
Since the phone is GSM Unlocked, it supports all GSM networks like AT&T and T-Mobile in the US, but it’s a bit more complicated for a phone to work on Verizon. It is a CDMA network that’s towards the end of its CDMA phase. The way it can do this is by relying purely on LTE coverage – which is pretty much all of Verizon’s coverage nowadays.
If you’ve got a Razer phone finally working on Verizon, we want to hear about it! Let us know in the comments.
The Exynos version actually has a weaker GPU and is more prone to overheating in gaming. There is plenty of criticism over Samsung's poor cooling implementation much less you can't beat an external cooling fan accesory.
It has an "okay" mono-speaker, an annoying curved screen, and great processor performance. It has one of the best screens available, 60Hz is just perfect for mobile gaming. And if you get one with the Exynos version, you can underclock it to get more...
The S9+ doesn't come close to being a gaming phone. It only has 60hz refresh rate, has a bottom speaker that will get covered in gameplay and a reduced battery capacity. Not to mention it doesn't have the highest bin chipset or extra usb ports.
