The latest OxygenOS Open Betas are out for the OnePlus 5 and 5T (v35 and v33, respectively). They bring some minor improvements, but they are more important for another reason – they will be the last open betas for the 5th generation OnePlus phones.
Don’t worry, OnePlus still plans to deliver Android Q to the 5 and 5T. However, testing for future firmware updates will be done only through closed betas. So only people who didn’t want to wait for the stable release will be affected.

As for the Open Beta 35/33, here’s the full change log:
If your OnePlus 5/5T is running the latest Open Beta, the new version will install over the air. If you haven’t, it’s probably a bad time to start – OnePlus warns that moving back to the stable firmware requires a full wipe of the device (again, there won’t be new open betas, so you’ll have to switch at some point).
Heh, like I told ya. Same will happen to 5/5T, and next is 6/6T and then 7 and 7 Pro. No way out.
