At first, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE's very existence was threathened by the global chip shortage and later we heard it will only be available a limited number of markets. Yet the latest evidence point to broader availability with a twist - we are getting two versions of the phone with two different chips - Snapdragon 888 and Exynos 2100.
The Exynos variant made an appearance on Geekbench recently and is now officially listed on Google Play Console with an Exynos 2100 SoC, 8GB of RAM and 1080p+ display.
According to unconfirmed reports the S21 FE will run the Exynos chip for the European and some parts of the Asian market while North America and South Korea will be getting the Snapdragon version. Indian consumers might be getting the Qualcomm-powered model too, in contrast to the usual Galaxy S series practices.
Said the one laughing all the way to the store, even though the phone isn't out yet. Good job.
Starting with NEV and end with ER . They're taking too long. If it launches in October that's 3-4 months away from S22. Will Sammy get the pricing right or will people just hold out . Then again 4 months is quite along way to wait
