Yesterday Redmi announced it will unveil the Redmi K50i on July 20 in India and shared a poster that showed the smartphone in blue color with three cameras on its rear. While we await more details about the K50i from Redmi, its price, memory, and color options have leaked.
The source claims that the Redmi K50i will come in Phantom Blue, Quick Silver, and Stealth Black colors in India with two memory options - 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB, which will be priced at INR26,999 ($340/€335) and INR31,999 ($405/€395), respectively.
The Redmi K50i will go on sale starting July 22 through Xiaomi's official website, Amazon.in, and retail stores across India. The company will also partner with HDFC Bank to offer instant discounts to the customers.
The Redmi K50i is rumored to be a rebadged Redmi Note 11T Pro+ launched in China in May. It comes with the Dimensity 8100 SoC, 6.6" FullHD+ 144Hz LCD, 64MP triple camera, 16MP selfie camera, stereo speakers, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The smartphone is fueled by a 4,400 mAh battery with 120W charging support.
They should've launched the 5080mAh battery capacity version because 67W charging is more than enough. The 15.5% increase in battery over the 4400mAh battery is way more important than the 120W ad-gimmick charger.
Poco X4 GT, Redmi K50i and Redmi Note 11T pro all are same mobiles. Just rebranded with different names. Check specifications. Redmi K50i for India, Redmi Note 11T pro for China and Poco X4 GT for Europe market.
