It's good to have the simplicity of a monochrome display since it will not take too much battery power and I agree with the guys here that an MP3 player and a memory card slot would have been nice. Dual SIM? you won't need it if this phone is affordable you can have a phone for each SIM.

I think this phone is mainly for the people that don't need the extra features and such. It's very affordable that everyone can have it. I'd say go for it!

nokia already created a monochrome music phone, just look at nokia 5510 , it was one of the music phone in the market besides siemens' SL45

Hope It'll be as Indestructible my ol' 1110, 1208 and 3310... It's nice to have one of this always in your pocket, together with your Hi-end Droid Superphone... this thing helps in the case your Hi-end Gizmo runs out of battery and you really need to call or txt :D, And Its even useful as a Self-Defense weapon ;D

- Wireless Radio with Recording like X2-02
- Mp3 player
- at least 4gb micro sd support
- stereo 3.5mm jack
- auto call recording feature
- dual sim (if possible, not necessary)
- keep monochrome/black n white display .. yeah, main thing is keep monochrome display screen, we don't need color display bcoz it sucks lots of battery charge..

Imagine the possibility of owning a phone, simple to the view, yet with Bluetooth and an integrated music player. That'd be so awesome.

Wow, I am surprised (and impressed) that Nokia releases such low-tech classic phones even up to this time. Nokia knows that not all people like the high-tech phones of today. That's right, let us not abandon classic phones! A budget phone indeed!

Anonymous, 23 Apr 2012Does it have a voice leak problem like 1280i think it has this voice leakage problem, becoz it has speaker near to the ear piece. nokia follow this method for all his phone below 2500rs

Thank you Nokia for releasing this cute low tech-phone but it will be great if it comes with two sim cards (dual standby) :)
