I am really interested in a basic phone like this. .Please Nokia releases it soon. I believe on your quality product even high or low cost mobile phones. By the way I like this phone with monochrom graphic display because it is very simple, solid , long lasting battery, easy to use and reasonable price. Thank you Nokia. :)

nokia is just creating an easy-to-use phone for the simple persons who needs a communicating device at an affordable price and to those that can afford expensive phones but needs simple phones for their back-ups/secondary phone just like in my case. theres no need to criticize ths phone...if u dont appreciate it dont buy it, its just simple as that...but to those who knows whats a phone's all about they might consider buying this simple phone!!!

If Nokia releases two kinds of monochrome black & white display handset ,i'll prefere dual sim than single sim phone. Pls Nokia , it is not a bad idea but its depends on the asian market nowaday.

I wonder when will Nokia release a Dual stand by sim Monochrome graphic phone?
I don't like the design of keypads on this phone because it has spaces in between, it's button is too far from each other. I like Monochrome phones because it has a fast response of its keypad when writing a message, unlike colored phone such as Nokia 101 or 100. Please create a model as small as or just like Nokia 1202, with additional feature of dual stand by sim. :-)

I am looking for a simple and low cost phone. Even i'm using smart phone now but this handset N. 103 is necessary for me to be my secondary one. Thank you Nokia .

Leo, 15 Apr 2012what da hellll is difference between 1280 n 103 nokia has gone mad sir it has crystal buttons which is very good when u type a msg well after 1600 they did not give crystal buttons in their low end phones so thanx to nokia

this phone is lighter than the 1280 and also has an improved battery life compared to the 1280. So the phone may look the same but it has new stuff on the inside

Come on guys, it's a budget phone. What's your problem? It's a pain in your heads, after you've spent your miserable salary in a OMGWTFBBQ smartphone?
It's just a simple phone. A back to the basics. Something you can use when you don't need your smartphone, when you go out in the night, travelling, camping,... And for who doesn't want and/or could take an expensive phone.

Nokia 103 will be much cheaper than 1280.
That's the major difference !

The worst phone ever made by nokia. Actually they are making people fool by changing the body color of 1280, keeping every thing same. Dnt be fool by thinking of that voice leakage problem that is actly the cost cutting stretagy by nokia. Its better to buy 1280 instead of 103.

If I could choose only between this phone and iPhone 4S, I would choose this phone. I'm not a big fan of Nokia but everything is better than Apple.
