This is good looking phone. but unfortunately nokia used only one speaker to save cost. And the most terrible part is that this speaker is on back side of phone. So you can hear louder from back side than what you hear from front grill.

budi anduk, 31 Aug 2012No different with nokia 1280, so do for the price, just new casing only, but nice phone :)The 103 is a bit lighter if that matters to people.
Also, I wonder if the OS is a bit more efficient - as it says the 103 has a longer battery life?
I'll buy this for my backup phone if I can ever find it anywhere - the flashlight is a fantastic feature.
Not enough of Nokia's S40's have it, I feel.

Dagboru, 30 Aug 2012I luv d nokia 103 bcous is d best phone nd i use it as my second phonehope this could be an better senior citizen mobile, as iball aasan suffers lot of inconvenience like low battery backup, cost etc.. i like to buy this mobile. bigger keypad definitely help.

It has a problem with its speaker. When call is received you'll here the voice from both internal and external speaker in headset mode.

And there's a lot of people specially in 3rd world countries who can't afford fancy smartphones. This is where Nokia 103 comes in. Apple and Samsung can slug it out on the high end market while Nokia caters to the budget sector.
