200 million 1100 is sold. wow. it is the top selling fone of all times. 1100 makes nokia famous. nokia must thank this fone.

Guys... Try to compare the comments posted from year 2003 and 2009-2010 (page 1 and page 45) and you get surprised on what you've seen!

My life's 1st phone. I got many many memories with it. Though i use multimedia phone now, i have kept it with me. It's still working for almost 8 yr. In my courtry it's called "aam para set". It means it's so hard and strong that u can throw it 2 d mango tree and make some mangoes 2 fall. It's really funny but i think if any1 do it for real, it'll survive it.

Today I impreoved my nokia 1100 with new battery 1020mAh, and all I can say best fon ever. Bought it for 20 euros.

My most lovely phone. I have kept it as memento of my former employer. It is quality and ruggedness personified. In Northern Nigeria it is called "raka-ni-bayi" in Hausa for its flashlight which u can use in the dark.
