its a real good phone for the ones who need only to make and receive calls. real economy phone. good for msging as well, but heavy sms senders beware, the keys are soft and the plastic kinda peals within one month. otherwise, software is good enough, overall - great phone.
I live in a town where most of the telephones lose their signal, and this cellphone is truely surprising because it's one of the few that have a wide coverage. It does very well what all telephone must do: to communicate.
I am not able to download picture messages through net in to my mobile Nokia 1100. Is there any solution for this?
Could you please clarify my question? I will be waiting for your reply.
Hmmmm....same old interface, same functions.Cant nokia give a little more to the entry level user???
well this phone is nice if u just want to make and receive calls thats it.
yeah thats it.
go for nokia only when u are willing to spend a lot of money ...i agree that there phones are long lasting but with time u start hating ur handset.
My nokia 1100 will not always open received messages and seems to reset the clock when my phone is turned off and put on charge. I have also sent messages to people and they have not always received them either. Maybe i just have a faulty phone, but i have had similar reports from friends with the same phone. I don't recommend buying it.
the phone is good but when u send a ring tone to it .ittake long to reach and it is smalll a neat
Best Nokia Ive Had Has A Torch Soft Keypad Never Droped a call like the changable covers too
moaning hey christ its only £30.oo in most shops that simple to use my grandads got one basic no frills nokia ideal 4 txting/making calls verdict 7/10
too good to be true for me! long talk times (I have to talk a lot), monochrome (ever stared at a colour display at mid-night when a call wakes you up?;) & the flashlight is a boon. who needs a camera in telephone anyway? this is not for hip persons changing phone every 2 weeks, it's a real deal. That's how I feel.
After using this fone I found it just like usin my Nokia 3210 I had about 5 years ago! even if nokia wanted to make a budget fone they should have at least included a 4k colour screen like the sendo s330 wich is by the way cheaper just because its not a Nokia or Motorola. And about the design, What? the Nokia desingners must have been on a huge binge to come up with the 1100 the next morning. If you want a B&W fone and it must be a nokia get the 34/3510, much better efforts.
i just got my fone and its good so far..i was wonder since ppl say it cuts off how long can u talk without the fone dieing on you?
Usman from khi-Pakistan , its a better phone , i m already using , but the -ve points r it just contain 50 phone book entries n the lights r yellow, which dont giv a nice look, battery standby time is 4 days n another +ve point is its sms capacity, more than 50sms, wat else u want :)
