It's a nice phone. Good enough for normal users. But the only thing I don't like is that when I'm in the menu, let's say Message, if I do not click til the main screen to get screen saver, it doesn't automatically go to the main screen. It stays static in Message.

The Kings of the cellular phones.
Here is why you MUST BUY NOKIA 1100:
-Excellent voice clarity!
-A true standby time ( at least 4 days!)
-Black and white screen (not a B.S. irritating color screens)
-Ease of menue
Buy it while it lasts!
For USA users: 1900 frequency 1100 Phone is still availble at some authorized dealers for only $100!!!!!
SAY NO TO:
-Fancy B.S. ring tones
-Blue bulssssht tooth
-B.S. cameras inside of cellular phones (plain rip off!)
FOR ALL OPEN MINDED PEOPLE HERE IS THE LONK TO THINK:
Do you think if any of today's cellular phones had a real megapixel digital camera that come even close to a decent 2 megapixek Kodak camera, it would still be called a cellular phone?
ANSWER: Of course no! That would be called
for example: Sharp tm 200 Cellular phone/with digital camera.
AND it is not called this way, simply because it is far behind a regualr 2 megapixel Kodak or Sony camera.
SO WAKE UP people and buy the old reliable long-lasting battery Nokia phones while they last!

it's a luvly phone. though not in the class of the 7650s of this world, it has been very useful xpecially the flashlight. i use it a lot because in the part of the world where i live , power supply is very erratic

Excellent basic phone. VERY good value for money. Awesome battery life. Very stable. Nice design. Built in torch (found it useful at the weirdest times!). If you're looking for a basic device to call and send sms with, this is the device for u.

This phone is awesome! The battery lasts between 4-5 days...depending on what u use it for. The screensaver saves the battery a lot. I have it for more than an year, and still no problem. And moreover, the signal never lets u down :)

The phone worked great for about five months, then stopped all sounds (callers, ringing, keypad, etc.) I had it replaced, and the replacement did the same thing after less than a month. I had that one replaced, and the third is starting to do the same after a little over a month...

it was a gift from a very close fren of mine...
haven't heard anything bout it b4 i used it...
i'm very thankful to the fren who gifted it to me...
as for me, it's jus like a far better version of N3315....
i lik to compose the latest ringtones on my own and that's the first feature i looked for wen i 1st got the phone...
to everyone out there, u won't regret it unless u're a color screen and polyponic maniac.....
i'm enjoying this phone since i got it...

i just bought this phone & i am very happy w/ it. the features perfectly fits me-long life battery, distribution list, composer for ring tone,dictionary for Tagalog plus a flashlight! light & compact also. i was planning to buy a high-end phone but decided to wait for the W800i so i bought this handset for the meantime and i'm glad i did. indeed "you will find happiness through the simple things in life".

This phone is the best. I had a Siemens CX65 and it was turn off all the time. I change for Nokia 1100 and now i'm very happy. I like the green lcd ... Nokia Rulez !

The Nokia 1100 is certainly the best of all. Termed " Made for India" it has the same battery as 6600. But the LCD is very delicate compared to 3310 or 3315. Hence careful when dropping it.

Its the cheapest and best mobile at market. I've been using it for the past 1 year, has fallen from my hand atleast 100 + times, still has no probs...

i have this fone for about 4 months or so, i think it is the best low price phone at this moment with best sound quaility, Battery last for more then a week, depend upon the usage. overall it is the best phone in this price.

If you hate all those gadget phones with colour screens, personal massager & food blender etc choose the Nokia 1100. I love mine - no annoying tinny polyphonic ringtones or expensive but pointless WAP/3G features... just calls & texts. If you want to pose buy something that'll really impress like a good car. A phone is a phone - and this one is very very good.
