i love this phone because it doesn't have colour screen colour screens eat all the battery life .i like this phone because the battery last 7-8 days with 5-10 minutes of talkiing every day i reccomend everybody this phone simply the best...

just bought this phone fed up with all the colour fones you cant see screen in the sun brilliant can see in sunlight and easy to use but more compact than my old 3410

ye ye... 8 days.. even the new colour fones lasts 6-7 days. compared to those this is a major crap..good for kids and greesy hands.

the colour displays eat bettery so the battery of a colour phone will last 2-3 days . this phone is one of the best i had.....8 days without charging the battery....!!!!! more simple more good people.....

what's the point of nokia producing such a phone, monochrome black and white?? what the hell is this, when the technology has already advanced to 262k tft colour screen..

This is a gr8 upgrade from Nokia 3310. One of the best thing of the phone is the battery last very very long, and can give a talk time of 2:30 mins at a stretch. Indeed a Basic cell phone with long talktime. Signal catch is also very good. For this price it is a steal.

Nokia 1100 is ok except the problem with the keys, which are very low and for sending an SMS one has to press with the top of the fingers.
