Anonymous, 22 Jul 2013I like da phone but why doesnt it load whatsapp?Please can the following games be downloaded to nokia 111;REALFOOTBALL 2011,2012 and 2013 by GAMELOFT. And also PES 2010 and 2013. If YES how and if NO why, because my phone can't support them.I like the phone very much .

On the 22/06/2013 I bought a Nokia 111 at MTN Bethal Mpumalanga store. I asked the sales consultant if the phone can do whatsapp, she said yes and also went in the website and showed me it can do whatsapp. I took the phone, my friends and several people tried to find whatsapp. The day I bought the phone the store were very busy and the consultant could not give her full attention to me, and said I should come back another time. I did understood they were busy. After a week I went back and explained to the consultant that I still cannot find whatsapp, she then request the store manager to assist, the manager said I should bring the phone back in the same condition I received the phone???? they will refund my money, at that stage I did not have the box with me, I said I will return later the week. During the school holidays I went back to the store, to found the consultant running up and down to assist clients, when it was my turn she explained she is a trainee and doesnt know much and that the manager was on leave. I should come back then and they refund my money or I can choose another phone more exspensive than the one I bought. My children are very upset because they wanted me to have whatsapp and that the store did not attend to my complaint properly. I still have the phone and dont feel to go back to the store. The phone sold to me were not the correct one and that the manager should have given attention. I was never rude to them, came back to them every time they said I should. STILL NO WHATSAPP!

Status, 27 Apr 2013Keypad please easy?, hard ? good? bad?. The maximum volume of the phone is very low, it is very difficult to hear when the phone is ringing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to increase the volume significantly.

Very low internal memory, only a few msgs. And its full, a not good phone.. Nokia pls. Build a quality phones than quantity crap phones!!!
