incredible battery life !! both in stand by and talk-time !! the only one I satisfied in this way.... in addition to its powerful FM radio.
Nokia still rules when it comes to basic phones..this one is durable and has a long battery life..very cheap..value for money..not as bulky as my sensation XE haha!!
I just bought this Nokia 1280 right now. It's a LOT better than IPhone 4S or Samsung Galaxy S2. >:)

Yuvaraja, 18 Jan 2012How to get the area name in display in Nokia 1280?Method (1)
Go to Settings- Display settings- Cell info display- Turn 'on'
Go to Messages- Message settings- info service- turn 'on' (here don't do anything with other options like topic index, topics, language, topics on SIM)
Ds fone is gud. It has gud ba3 life span wen fully charge. A very gud loudspeaker. Bt its flaws is its handfree is nt loud wen recieving or answering call. Nokia pls work on it
I bought this phone for my job, non-camera zone etc. Very simple phone. Excellent for making calls and sending SMS.
So basic that the calendar entry only supports up to 20 entries. For a work phone, simply excellent. If only the calendar supports more entries and views, this would have been a great phone.
For the price US$26, whats there to complain about. Almost like a disposable phone.2 thumbs up for nokia.
