Viswa, 01 Jan 2018Pls any one tell me nokia 2 support OTG?.....Not sure. I have a pen drive with otg facility which was not recognized by nokia2. I contacted customer service, as they told me nokia 2 is supported. They asked me to connect normal pendrive with usb otg cable which i don't have right now. I'll update if i get a good news.
After one week not bad this device. It is far better than i thought. It is not fast like flagship. Still didn't experience any freeze up or stuck. I didn't clear any cash with in 4days and didn't restart . I received call during watching YouTube, i thought at that moment it gonna crash but still it manage call well during video play. Only thing worry me is internal storage keep filling due to security and app update. Camera is good during daylight, but can't expect more during low light.
hi wanderfull nokia2 users just to inform u guyz theres a update of about 88mb,google security update, loooove my N2,CHEERS
Got this as a phone to hold me over for a while until I can buy something better. The important thing going into this device is to keep your expectations in check, it cost me $90 so it will likely perform like one, no magical Nokia dust will change that.
With that said, it's a solid little thing for basic use. Sure cpu could have been better to smoothen the stutters here and there but once things are loaded, its generally good. Build feels very solid and good in the hand. Battery life is obviously very strong and the camera is really not bad for simple shots (read: casual use). After loading all my apps and widgets system has 227MB free ram so it's not completely choking. Same with internal storage, 5.79 out of 8 used so I'll survive for now, add an SD card soon.
All in all, decent device especially as a secondary/backup phone. I'd not recommend it for main usage over long periods due to memory constraints and there's probably better value elsewhere with the likes of Xiaomi but I don't regret my purchase of the little 2.
nokia is nodoubt a great brand but i feit that mobile size is little bit tiny
DEVIL, 21 Dec 2017At the price of 4999 Redmi 5A has Qualcomm MSM8917
Snapdragon 425 processor with 2 GB of RAM ... moreYou will not understand,
Keep looking at spec sheets and keep getting headaches
even that single NOKIA logo is going to be a good reason for 80% people to buy it.
By the way Nokia 2 is superb
way better than any other Brand's device in this price segment. Give it a real experience that spec sheet is not going to work for you.
Drheroperfect , 29 Dec 2017So, what do you think, for a basic user. Battery life and mobile network quality is the mainst... morelet it alone be battery life. even this aspect is a good reason a main stay.
Anonymous, 28 Dec 2017truly Nokia wen are we geting update, oreo go edition, atlest we loyal customers deserve a heads... moreNokia 2 will directly get Android 8.1 @ officialy confirmed.
it is just about 2 and a half month away. but it can get soon but not far from that
and with oreo it is going to be a dream device in 100$.
hmm thummm, 30 Dec 2017for just 100$ we get redmi phones with better specification lol...................well you should not look at spec sheet.
get it, hand it, run it and then compare it to redmi yes ofcourse here you are taking about redmi 4a.
i also have used that redmi 4a it works wonderfully for a month then it shows glitches, etc. but nokia oh my it works always as new, that pure android is going to benefit and exclusively regular and oreo updates.
nick, 30 Dec 2017c'mon guys , it is just 100 $ phone . the best for the price .Ofcourse. Nokia is the best.
i have used all other brands i.e samsung,Apple, lenovo, moto, sony etc. but Nokia know the way a phone should be made.
FAHIM, 24 Dec 2017nokia 2's style is awesome...although , i am a nokia 6 userSo, what do you think, for a basic user. Battery life and mobile network quality is the mainstay for the choice
DK, 29 Dec 2017for todays generation a 1Gb ram and an 8 Gb storage is really not an advantage.well i would say that 1 gb is highly optimised to face what you throw at it. just wait 7 days after purchasing let the system up & running.
and you should put a micro sd card to negotiate that factor of 8gb. and thankfully you can format that sd card as internal or portable storage.
It has Gallary option as well
In settings go to storage and click on Intenal Storage then a list will open where it is using 8GB memory and in the last of list there os one option Explore that is your gallary and if u r using memory card then you can explore it in the same way
