that was my first fone i ever had at least it was simple and thats the only thing that was good.
carrying it around was a problem. it was to big and kept smashing things in my bag.

my first fone boohoo.brings back memories.had it in about 97 or 98.Twas a company mobile.battery was amazing.they r still on ebay brand new as well

hahas. still remember the times when games started out in non-colour phones? i think at that time it was considered the coolest thing in town man. i still remembered guessing that in a few years time there will be things like tv..and mp3s in handphones. . . n a few years later..powow! colour phone. den cam. video. n now even 3g! hail to the super rapid advance in technology !

Yeah, this one is a classic, You should come to my hometown and see with your own eyes that there are people still usin' it, :) and not a GSM but TDMA instead...

lol, i had this one as my first one (lol, sounds like were having a dirty conversation) like u i still got it...=)....and i can still use it...i taek it 2 work on my birthdays and on special occasions (other peoples birthdays) to make every1 laugh, i dunno if australia even supports GSM 900 anymore...lol...for april fools i take one of those phones i had when i was like 5...the old analogue ones, with a 15-30cm anetnnea (lol, like da bugs in my house...jks)...ahh, good ol' times....hehehe

A pretty good article about a "good old timer"!! But just for your information: Nokia 2110 phone does have also an own independent memory for the phonebook. The information described below says "SIM only" which is wrong. Thank you. :-)

i've had several mobile phones over the past 10 years, but the 2110 is still my favourite! (not used it though since 1998.)

my first phone! just had to buy one and found it here in the phillipines at greenhills! its in mint condition coz its refurbished! all in all the granddaddy of gsm in the philippines! a great phone!
