my phone got knocked off my desk ,thereafter it would not work unless I submitted a pin number.I have forgotten my pin number,and after three tries I was asked for a puk number
which I gave.I was then asked to put in a new pin number,and then asked to confirm it
which I did ,but the screen reads ERROR .After 10 tries the phone the phone is dead

i dont seek this kind of phone for fb & whatsapp because phone like this were never meant to be to do a smartphone stuff...
eventhou i do not use it's whatsapp and fb....the phone itself were slow as shite...
i think the older nokias were performed better than this kind..
