I use this phone as music player and it has very good sound quality than any cheap android smartphone today. But the music apps is hard to organize, is there any 3rd party music apps I can use on this phone?

It support vxp extension opera mini. Search on Google and try every operamini.vxp app. One should work for you.
Remember, not all vxp apps work on 220. It's not java phone but opera mini works for sure.

this mobile has no adjustment of brightness and no opera mini supported and no app store for mobile apps one things of nokia 220 is good that he has a facebook i use facebook free in nokia 220 but google search is not working
