Microsoft, here's a request. Some Windows users can't afford Wi-Fi and all WP8.1 devices require Wi-Fi for software updates. So, why not create a non-Windows device (preferably one running Symbian) where one can use pre-existing SIM(s) to channel a hotspot as and when needed. Of course, 3G connectivity would be a prerequisite. Alternatively, allow WP8.1 users to download any and all updates via mobile data. Some just can't/don't have access to Wi-Fi! Listen to us WP users, for once. I'd have bought this Nokia 222/DS if it had the hotspotting-feature and 3G.

Same as 215 but ram 8 than 16, plus voice recorder, 2mp cam as vga only. Just old memories or vintage piece. Just forget it. As 215 asking 41$ this wud be 45$. Its your decision. White wud be dirty easily.
