Hi i brought this phone yesterday. my ultimate would have been the 3100 nokia but..they ran out of the model in my country..i need to know what site i can download the wallpaper and all the downloadable things the phone can...i do not live in europe or the americas...caribbean to be exact.i will appreciate the help.

Bought at about 69 Euros in Poland, for a guy like me, a student aged twenty years old, its a great tool for everyday use. It has a few disadvantages, but it's nothing. I don't need any toys like cameras or even Wap and Java. I think the phone is for phoning, communicating with people. It's only a tool. That's why i bough this phone. To everybody who are buying the phones: It is albays better to have a worse phone with easy-to-use menu than to have a powerfull one in wich we have to press 4 or 5 times the buttons to write a single sms (like in 7650, my firend has this phone). So chek your needs and don't spend too much money on toys.

I think it is possible to download monophonic ringtone, like the way its done on 3315 etc.

Nice phone, coloured with great attraction but not distinctive on MMS and WAP.
Pls more colour variant particularly black.

this phone has nonen of the features we are used to noewadays, downloadable ringtones or colof operator logos etc. its stripped down "1st user phone". avoid like plague.

I found out that is a bit difficult for me to find the ringtone download for this model 2600. Where can i find a download for it? Is this model not recognised for ringtone downloading?

The phone over all is nice ......i sugeest u that u should have more colour options ....and also pl consider there is a gap between the buttons which should be looked into ...on the whole a good hanset ...reasonably priced ...thankyou

hey, i bought this phone but it sucks. can anyone tell me why this phone has no GPRS services like any other phones? where is handsfree, internet services, downloading other services from internet? cant u people do something for us, and u give us a code to install the se services on our mobiles too, otherwise, the Nokia company has to work at this. Nowonder, its cheap

There is no connectivity possible from this phone to a computer or other phone.
It is trapped in its own little world... haha.

This is one of the worse phones i have ever had. I really cant do much but talk and txt and the games are weak and the phone is boring. To tell the truth it just for someone who wants to just talk on it.It has nothing. I dont even understand why they came out with this.

nokia 2600 is a simple and beautiful mobile set.there are all type of qualities wich required bye a person.i like it very much because it is cheap in price and beautiful in model style .

i v bought this phone 4 my sister who wanted a basic phone but i was disappointed. The menues r very slow to navigate, and there r items in odd places ( u have to make a detour to find a way to activate the rythmic light ) and also display is much worse than a black & white cuz u cannot see the so called clock screen saver at all. I wonder what s the use of putting a clock in such a display. Again i would rathe v had a bigger clock in the middle of the screen when it is lighted not when it is off :) instead of the name of the profile i m in. and what is the use of using icons in such a phone? it would slow down the phone unnecessarily and adds not a bit of attraction to it.

this is the stupidest phone that nokia ever made, poliphonic on only 4 channels?? even a sagem is poliphonic on more, this phone sucks!!

Great Phone for those who like simple things. nothing big and flashy, no WAP or MMS, but its a phone for those who just want to call and TXT, or need a quick cheap replacement while their phone is being repared/unlocked. like all nokia's its simple to use, nothing to get confused over, and is snug in the hand. basically its a Colour 3310 but with a 4 direction keypad instead.
overall, highly recommended for those who just need a phone, without all the bluetooth/GPRS/MMS/built in bottom cleaners

n how can i copy the smes to another fone...
is it possible thru sim? as in copying smses to sim
