I purchased and used the phone for about 1 month. It's light, small and looks good as expected. However, I'm extremely disappointed of its battery life. It lasts less than 1 day with 4G on and about 1 full day with battery saving mode (no usage).
A deal breaker for me.

I'm a customer of Nokia products for 20 years.
I decided to get Nokia 2720 Flip to get basic connectivity (Mainly Email, and WhatsApp).
My experience is a great shock. How come you are limiting contacts to only 1000 entry?! we are in 2021. I spent a whole day filtering my contacts just to fit into this tight space!
Where are simple functionalities like Copy and Paste? I could do this easily 10 years ago using my Nokia E5 with its brilliant Symbian OS. KaiOS is such a retrograde!
Searching for contacts is another mess. I have to write the whole name accurately to get the contact!
Where's WhatsApp Web? I know it's out of NOKIA hands, but they can ask Facebook for this important feature.
With this price tag, I expected a good device make, smart phone with basic functionality, and a good camera. I found None !
I'm so disappointed and shocked. I will throw the handset into the nearest drawer just for emergency!

Is it also as slow as other Kaios phones. I tried using nokia 6300 4G but it was terrible. It was hard to even search contacts

After using it for a couple of days, i went back to android phone. This phone loads web pages for one to two minutes, battery drains very fast and its just not optimised for web surfing. Tried with uc browser, same thing. Whatsapp randomly closes when in background means that one have to open it again to receive messages. And yes, for what it offers is quite expensive. And again, i have to warn those who wish to buy this phone: web surfing is not working on acceptable level. And yes, i had nokia 3310 (2017) and it had slow internet but it was a matter of 2g network speed, but with this phone that cannot be the case since it is 4g wifi phone. Just my few cents on this matter.

Amazing phone probably some other people just have had bad experiences.. the best thing about this phone is that is hackable...second battery last a lot more than 2 days on heavy use.. lot of podcasting and blutooth.. I don't use it to watch videos but also I write messages using google assistant and then send these messages on whats app or other message tools...

The phone has horrible battery back up and the phone slows down and freezes quite often for no apparent reason. It is just painful to use even as a secondary device. Wouldn't recommend this phone. Kai OS is just completely absurd.

Great buy if your needs extends to just calling and texting. And maybe the occasional light web use as checking your email and reading news. Anything heavier, choose a different phone.
