The phone is gd but whenever it is connected to WiFi or cellular data,the only thing it does if freezing and u feel like throwing it away. The ram storage is very small so it pisses me off. I want to buy a new phone

I am not enjoying my experience with Nokia 2.4. It lags and freezes so often. Even with the android 12 update it still freezes unexpected and always has some error message that makes it need to close apps. I love its design but right now I am definitely looking for a new phone

When i first read the reviews about this phone before i bough it, i was thinking that people were just complaining unnecessarily until i used this phone for about a year and discovered that it is one of the worst devices Nokia would produce in the market. The phone is so slow and almost the applications you install crash. This never used to happen on Samsung. I have vowed never to use Nokia anymore after this experience, I have always been a Samsung fan, but I think after this, ill go either a Tecno phone. This Nokia is such a terrible device.

I got this for a Christmas gift in 2020. This phone has been awful. It glitches and crashes at least every few minutes. I'm not even doing anything overly complicated that makes it crash. I usually only have one tab open which is usually Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, or Messages. My bluetooth randomly disconnects and the phone randomly restarts or fully turns off. It's not the best phone. However, it was good at the very beginning.

do not buy. phone lags when i plug it in, when i turn wifi on, when i change volume... on and on and on all the time. have factory reset TWICE in hopes of improving performance. have no apps apart from spotify on there and its still horrendous.

Specs are good on paper but phone itself is absolutely disappointing!
Hangs all the time & WiFi randomly disconnects.
