I purchased this phone at the last minute after another phone of mine crashed on me abruptly which was for sale as a pre-paid phone. Though I can communicate on it and I am able to use the internet, there are several glitches and I do not like this phone
1. The pages sometimes freeze
2. Sometimes when the phone it put on sleep mode, it's hard to get the home screen to come up
3. When attempting to text or email, the keyboard has poor coordination which has often taken to me to the emoji and GIF page next to automatically add the GIFs
4. The ringtones have no sound
5. Very little GB space
6. Whenever the phone is turned, the screen only shows half of the picture

This looks like a great phone. I'll be buying a new phone after 3 years with my Samsung J5 Pro. I want a removable battery. Fancy phones delivery little beyond the draining of your bank account.
