When i bought the phone in Aug 2017 it was bit irritating. Use to be very slow sometimes with multiple apps on and especially with two sims (one data sim + one call sim). But after a few updates now it works fine. But not very fast though compared to other phones in the category. Maybe you should try the Nokia 3.1 an upgraded version. Camera is quite decent during day times. Night time its not good. Handling memory card can be bit tricky while using for the first time, but later you will get used to it. Build quality is excellent. Looks quite premium, aluminium frame etc. Finger print scanner would have been an added advantage. Average phone, especially for budget Nokia lovers.
At first I thought this phone was good but now, I have had from launch the handset is fully updated....
This phone is a joke I am stuck with it atm as I always wait for contract to end, but I don't know if I can take it much longer I may buy out contract cos this phone is a heap.
Restarts when accessing some apps not all the time but its so inconsistent
Battery is the biggest joke of the thing it lasts no time worst I have ever had drains so quick and takes an age to charge back up from flat.
Sometimes I will go to get it to look at something from my pocket and its switched off!
Lastly it call drops with near enough 100% signal (Not sure if this is network and not the phone).
I have had a lot of Nokia's in the past before HMD and I have to say it does not feel like Nokia at all, the Lumias I owned where brilliant.
For anyone who is going to buy this phone:+Temporary +Educational +For your kids
First, the spec was old,it could hardly handle Android Oreo without lag,but smoothly at Nougat and always left 1.3gb of ram for free, perfectly good for FB,9gag,Messenger,youtube,etc those soft task.Of course,no modern gaming,no pubg, nothing,so you can buy one for your kids, their friends can play games, but your son will be able to play on youtube.
Secondly, not really sound experience,of course no DAC,not good for music, worst.
But among those phone at ~100 EUR,if you hate those Asia brand then this phone is for you,you can get some more efficient phones from xiamo, realme

"Most likely",bro, the cpu was from 2012,the gpu was from 2013,it can "run" oreo because we force it to do it ,in fact it should never do that because everything will be overclocked and the battery is only 2630 mah

Amy, 24 Oct 2018Facing challenges with my brand-new Nokia3, it guzzles power and heats up a lot. Been putting up with same stuff as others, but with the new updates, I loose half the information on it each time. It's like it does a half factory reset each time it updates. I've had enough of this as I loose important information every time it happens.
Can after android Oreo update can all contacts and data and pictures lost
Amy, 24 Oct 2018Facing challenges with my brand-new Nokia3, it guzzles power and heats up a lot. Check for system update. I had this phone for 8 mos. now. I have heating problems before but when updated to Android 8.0 surprisingly i never had the same problem before. For me, seriously, it's the best phone compared to others with the same price. So far I've never encounter any more issue.
