Average Joe, 05 Jul 2018After handing my Windows phone back after leaving my last job I bought a Nokia 3 and have live... moreNo doubt the NOKIA 3 is the best phone I've had low-end and surpasses the Huawei Y7, Samsung Galaxy j3 and lower, Iphone 6 and 5s, Motorola E4 Plus and 5 Plus, Sony Xperia L1 and LG K10 and K8. Better processor, it does not get slow. If you talk so much that it gets slow and blah blah blah it's because you most likely give it a casual hit. Take care of your phone, thanks :)
hauns, 04 Jul 2018hi there i want to know if this is a good phone that can support a couple games and whats app,... moreLeave this phone well alone, consider spending a little bit more and you'll be better off.
I've had this phone since last November and nothing but problems; apps crash, very poor performance, unable to take phone calls where the screen fails to recognise finger touch.
The list of problems goes on and on.....
Finally my useless Nokia 3 TA-1020 UK unlocked model has got android 8 and more up to date security patch
After handing my Windows phone back after leaving my last job I bought a Nokia 3 and have lived to regret it ever since. It continually freezes with ongoing ‘App isn’t responding’ messages. Even trying to answer a call, more often than not, requires the phone to be unlocked and my being unable to get to the phone function before the caller rings off. The Bluetooth turns itself off without reason and I’m unable to use hands free in all 3 cars I have access to. Accessing the internet (where all those along side me have no problems) results in frustration and failure and don't even think about serious gaming. Am I just unlucky.... don't risk it. Avoid!
hi there i want to know if this is a good phone that can support a couple games and whats app, that is all
My nokia 3 is auto switch off so how to switch on it? Plz help me.i'm using this october 2017
I just switched over from galaxy J7 2015 to this nokia 3. I find this phone better to use when it comes to data connection. Does not lag and battery consumption is well, not bad since I can just turn the battery saver on while on 4G. 2 thumbs up for this phone. :)
Yeah, not bad for now.Two weeks since I bought it and quite pleased with this particular model.Nothing spectacular about, but niether was his price tag.One thing bugs me tho,how to get rid of startup sounds, when phone is switching on nokia melody is pretty loud.If anyone has a idea how to do it,please let me know.
So Nokia 3 is a cheap phone, if someone really want a cheap entry level smartphone, it's now just around £20 difference between Nokia 3 and 5. Other thing after my first week with 3, which is really doing it's job for me so far for that price, is that I was afraid of upgrading to Oreo. I upgraded it from 7.0 -> 7.1.1 - battery life is much better, but my upgrade is now up to 03/2018, no oreo so far. Phone is a SIM free, probably bought in o2 shop, using a Vodafone SIM in UK. Anyone here have an Oreo on Nokia 3 received by system upgrade? (No rooting, flashing, etc etc)
I have a 7plus and a 3, why the hell did they put an autofocus camera on the front of the 3 ?
It's the worst camera I've seen in ages, even my old lumia 520 did better than this 🤣 I use the 3 as a bash about phone , but having a semi ok camera on it would have been nice , the noise reduction is too aggressive, it reads greens as noise , even in super bright sunlight, I did some pics from a car show the other weekend, car bodywork came out ok-ish but the grass was littered with random (not uniform) noise reduction, overly aggressive noise reduction....I know it's a cheap phone but I've had cheaper which were better
I am facing big problem with charging. Once it dead can't connect to charge I have to send it to service center. 2 time I faced same problem.
I have a different feeling. After my first upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1 I find that when wifi is turned off, battery life is better, than on 7.0, lasts for 2 days with my regular usage, when wifi is on, it's like 1.5 day, which is the worst thing, as I try to stick to charge my phone to full when the battery drops below 10% (I always do that with all battery powered devices and I don't have any problems like others, it's just knowledge of how to use batteries...). And I don't have call problems, it's not hanging, I just simply do not leave 53521 apps on. I think that most people have problems with devices because of not having a knowledge of how to use it. I am really happy of my cheap Nokia 3, I can recommend it as an entry level smarphone, because it does it's job for me.
A disaster. When answering or dialing someone, after he picks up, he doesn't hear me at all. You have to redial to have an actual conversation. It turns off when inserting the charger and does not take commands for 15 to 20 minutes. Very annoying. The battery does not last even a day. My advice is to look for other models or makes. Nokia 3 is a cheap phone indeed but you cannot use it's simple functions without getting angry.
SoI am a proud user of Nokia 3 for 3 days now. For the price I find this phone as something really good, everything is working smoothly, battery life is not great, but not so bad so far (charged it twice over 3 days with regular usage while travelling by bus 2 hours a day), and even it's an entry level device, I feel the spirit of old Nokia's, regarding a solid and good quality build with nice small accents here and there.
I have already installed only a few apps that I needed and 1 security update. Now, here's the question, after reading through all of opinions here (not only about Nokia 3, but others as well), should I accept update to Oreo or not? It seems like I may stop being in love with my new phone after that... What's your opinion about it?
