Dan, 18 Sep 2009Have you tried checking for possible firmware upgrade?you can find the software upgread from the Nokia site, i did update mine to a version of 9.08, i do not know if that is the version of your phone.

I love this phone! Had it for a year and got it so cheap but it has no problems whatsoever not even a slight glitch!the most convenient but overlooked phone ever!
