1. Update your phone software (firmware)
2. your music library could have some corrupt music so delete the files.
3. Try to free up the phone memory (drive C). Try to keep at least 10 - 15 MB free.
4. Try not to dowload and install unnecessary themes.

My phone got problem when using bluetooth transfer music file to my phone, in the middle of transferring data, it show white screen and restart. After that it keep showing white screen and restarting repeatedly, so can't use the phone now.. Anyone got faced this problem?? How to do??? Please help!!!

Anonymous, 23 May 2009the video recording covers a 640x480 resolution which makes this better than other nokia fones... morenope mine is 7.16 but yeah it could record vga resolution,but frame rate and format is'nt like the new N-series models (30fps and mp4 format,3120 classic only records only in 15 fps and 3gp format) not good though

Definetly an awseome phone!!! AS i've just read,3g, videocall, bluetooth, mp3, 16M colors screen!, 2.0 mpx cam with flash, it's got everything! I've got a business group services here in argentina with Claro, and i'm buying one of these for $250 argentinian pesos, wich equals u$s65!! IT's the best choice right now for it's price.

Had this phone unlocked from 3 network,anyone know if it would work ok in Japan? I believe they use the 2100 band

i have bought this mobile but there are two features i cannot understand. how do we ac... moreto the nameless;
the secondary camera can only be activated if you hava a 3G support which has to be subscribed from your service provider and it cannot be used for clicking pictures. It is for video chatting etc. Secondly, sims do not allow messages to be saved in them. However you have a few other options to transfer your pervious messages from one phone to the other. It might be possible to transfer via bluetooth, or memory card or you could simply back-up the old phone files and transfer them to the new phone through Nokia PC suite.

Yes this phone has internet if allowed by your survice provider. Just look at the comment by haMZA just below you... or see the specs at gsnarena and you can see for yourself. It might be fair to first observe the specs and other comments before asking such a silly question.

What software version do you have at the moment... you might try upgrading the firmware and see.

You can buy a micro sd card with a adapter and if you have a memory card reader that's the way you can connect your phone to a computer if you don't want to buy a usb data cable....
