to use edge its nt necessary to have an antivirus for 3220,cz,its a java baseD phn and anti virus made for symbian phones. But, if u use 3220 as modem,then,u should instal an antivirus at pc.

This is an excellent phone of its class. Things look very clear and sharp on it. It is so durable that it fell on hard floor several times and was drowned once for couple of minutes but absolutely nothing happened to the phone. The light sequence is a delight to watch.

Cool and original design
good camera
very strong, it doesn't broke easily
can afford good games >130 kb (S40V1 AND S40V2)
BAD THINGS:
no bluetooth
no IR
short memory

I've had this fone since september 2006 nd i am really happy with it's durability-mine has been thrown across the floor several times but survived without a scratch(by the way these were accidents)i can fit about 35-40 photos on it but without ny songs or videos as well this poor memory annoys me nd i can't put anymore memory on. da lights r really cool. am about 2 upgrade 2 a Motorola V3 (pink one) hope i'm doin da right thing. but i would reccomend dis fone 2 any1 on a tight budget who wants a cool fone!!

i had this phone for a little over a year and i never had a single problem. battery life was great often lasting 4 days even with heavy use. camera was only average but the worst thing for me about this phone was lack of connectivity. it has no bluetooth no infrared and since my phone was purchased abroad i was unable to even use mms to share my pics. vibration broke 3 days before i bought my new phone but that was due to me dropping it at the beach.

Hey guys. Can some one help. My 3220 applications cant work with edge GPRS. The access points are ok and even the settings are set. What could be the problem? Is it the GPRS security provided by our network provider or its something else? Thanks in advance. Edwin

I've had this phone for almost 6 months now, and I must say it's still as impressive as when I first bought it. It's durable & very user-friendly, perfect for those who are on a tight budget. If it had an FM radio and an IR port, it would be superb! Texting is relatively easy and comfortable, and the VGA camera is far more impressive than Moto's VGA-equipped mobiles. Enough's said.

My 3220 is a black stylish one with the sidelights shut by black caps.Using it 8months and no problems so far.I've been considering replacing it because it's an older model, but you guys change my mind with so positive coments.Think i'll keep it a while now.Too bad the provider has no GPRS, i can't even downld a ringtone

-you must have a data cable(CA-42) and a pc.
-connect the data cable to the computer.
-connect the phone with the com
-using pc suite copy the photo to the computer
-take it at apen drive @ go to the digital studio near ur home.

well for those who said that nokia 3220 doesn't play mp3 tones, It can do it, just search in youtube, theres is video who show it.
BTW i update the firmware of my 3220 to v5.10 and It can play now the mp3 tones...they don't sound too loud like SE k300 but they sound clear and cool. Same goes for nokia 6020/21

I've had this phone for a while and it's a pretty ok phone for average use. It lights up all over the place,the features are adequate and keypad is good and easy to use making sending texts so much easier. The rubber pads on the side come off after a while but can easily be replaced and so can the phone covers. For the young at heart...

do u know,is it possible to copy/cut and paste text at n3220?
Cz,such facility is present at symbian(s60) phones of nokia & i myself used that at my previous 6600!
If u know the process,plz help.
