Nokia 3230 - user opinions and reviews

Software is very slow.It hangs usually while typing a sms and gets restarts. Camera is kool but while taking snap it takes like 4-5seconds to adjust a picture and then brings it to the final form. Recommended to buy 6600 instead of 3230.

to scotty boy..i think u should get nokia 3230..but for style and all 6111 is better..nokia 3230 has bigger memory right?

this phones nice...complete with radio..integerated mp3..bluetooth..infrared...but why is it only a 3 series?..i mean its such a good phone..but only a 3 series..neways..this phone is really good..

this mob is cool but the worse thin in it is the speed ufff.... :( it takes such a long time to switch it on and the functions are bit hard but as i just bought it i think ill understand it... overall ill give 9 out of 10

Well you know what scott, n3230 is a good phone...its a must have,i may say.complete features, radio, mp3, camera, powerpoint (some kinda) video etc... its pretty durable i dropped it for how many times and still, it works great...regarding the loudspeaker, i don't have any idea about it,im also lookin for that one...kindly email me up if you have like news or something new with this phone worth to discover... thanks

Hey guys and gals. I have been reading up on the rreviews fot this 3230. I heard about it and i thot id give it a look. All ive been hearing is about the software, installing,ect but i dont want a phone for that hassle. I dont know if to buy this 3230 or go with the 6111? Please let me know what u think and if theres a wasy to increase volume of loudspeaker, mp3 because i hear thats whats leting this mobile down? Big HELP! Cheers m8s. Scott - Scotland

ita a great phone but comes with an disadvantge of not so friendly SMS machine and you may drop the set while writing the sine it has very less space,,,, certainly its not for SMS Kings/Queens.. but all the softwares can be uploaded and had nothingspecial....

Tolick, This start-restart problem happened to my phone also a couple of days ago. Try inserting a memory card other than the one inserted in your phone when it started failing. I tried this with my phone at that time and it started... but it displayed an "System Error" after booting. What I did was... deleted all the files in the memory card (i did not format it ok)...reformatted my phone... and when everything went fine... I reinstalled all my previous softwares... but not my suspect software that caused it. Please update me if this also would work for you... :-)

i am using NOKIA 2100. now i want to buy new one with many extra features like, MMS, mail, internet, Bluetooth, organiser etc., i have 3230, 6600 in my mind. so, please suggest best one. Thank you..

Hi Buddy Thanks for your reply. well my budget is about 230 euros and the 3230 was about 300 euro so i was ready to spend that bit extra (maybe cos Nokia) but thats my prob- i love nokia but was thinking to try something different than nokia just to change . iam from malta btw but if u suggest the 3230 than i shall go for it.

Hey Angelo I think you should buy the 3230 that is what I am getting because it is so good. How much are you willing to spend. Please tell me cause I know this website where you can get phones really cheap. Also where do you live.

hi guys,
i would like an honest openion and do not intend to offend any one. i am a nokia user for 6 years now with nokia 3310 and nokia 2600. as you see these are basic phones just used for calls and sms.
now i would like to change to a cam phone and since its first time i am a bit confused cos. in one way i have nokia in mind again.. but not only. SE k700i and a sliding phone from samsung also. my budget is in the level of the nokia 3230.
i like to have a phone with reasonable memory or that has a card slot. i am really in a need of an honest opinion guys. thanks for taking ur time to read and thanks in advance.

hi! to operate the radio, you need to attach the earphone into the fone. otherwise, you cant turn the radio on. then once plug in, you select manual tuning then you can save the station. hope im able to help. GODSPEED TO U!

its kool but d sound is just too low,no loud speaker.is just d best 4 now.ilove it.pls when is n80 coming out i cant wait 2 hav dat just giv me clue so i wil wait i need it badly
