Hey kholio:
Thanks for your prompt response man, but its a pity that i could make little use of that link as i couldn't make head or tail of what was written in that site in arabic. Sorry, I don't mean to be offensive, but if you know any other site which is as good, please do post them so that we can also make good use of it :-)

I have a small request to the 6230i,6630 and fans of models other than Nokia 3230 to go and sing the praise of these handsets in their respective forums rather than basking on its glory here were none of us are ready to appriciate it. Thank u in advance....

The dual voltage RS-MMC uses 1.8v and 3.3v
It uses 1.8v when it is in the phone and 3.3v when u use it on the computer..
While a normal RS-MMC uses 3.3v even in the phone or on the computer..
So, The dual voltage will save some battery power for ur phone, allowing a longer operating time.
There is onli a slight diff in the price..
So i recommend the dual voltage card

Slightly disappointed with the sound quality and sound level of this phone. Almost wanted to trade-in for the 6630 right away at 1st.

Image taken with the camera is slightly distorted. A person taken in "landscape" position looks fatter than in real life whereas in "potrait" position, the person will look slim... Wonder if it's software problem or hardware problem. Hopefully Nokia can do something about it.

BTW, I just found out recently this model can actually use normal RS-MMC rather than the so-called dual voltage RS-MMC. Information stated in the manual is somewhat misleading?? Anyway, I'm happily using a 512Mb normal RS-MMC for quite sometime now. So far so good.

in a review on this site, the reviewer said that the soft buttons are a bit too close to the screen and the keypad is located too low.

i hav a suggestion. common sense really. one can hold the phone from a little closer to the screen while using joystick. and hold lower towards the keypad when using keypad.

if u look closely its similar to a two-part fone. a bit like 7650. only without sliding keypad.

Can the wallpaper/ringtone be placed in the memory card?

i don't have that kind of problem with my 3230.
maybe it's a bug. have you checked with nokia service center? perhaps they can fix it.

You can't put blc5c in 3230 because it has different size. For long battery life use dual voltage rs mmc card, always shut off your bluetooth and put your speaker volume lower.

When i sync my Outlook calendar with the PC suite, the appointments on Outlook doesnt get coipied on the phone calendar. But the phone appointments does eventhough bothway sync is enabled. It doesnt give any error, just the log says 0 items were modified. Please let me know if anyone knows anything about this problem. Thanks in advance.
