nokia3230is launched in india at mrp 19800 and now it is avaialble according to nokia so freinds who are intrested in buying the phone can go nokia dealers and buy this phone as now it is easily available in india so guys what u are waiting go and buy

You can use UMTS for video calling. Like the 6680. But it's very expensive, so I don't think anyone whil use it in the near future. That's why this is a good value for money!

Some below in the forum had stated that this phone does not have any UMTS Thats why it is cheap can any one tell me what UMTS Means and how does it affects the phone i'll b greatfull to u

u r probably rite that its not plasticky but i herad off someone who has tested the 3230 and are very disappointed by its exterior.

it's also symbian OS.

i've held the real 3230 & it's not plasticky.
my only regret is that the keypads are cramped.

This is the best phone to get!
Price 350-400 euro's, that a 100 euro cheaper than others.
Look at the features: MP3, FM-Radio, Infrared, Bluetooth, Expandable memory, there is no other phone availible that has all of this features! (Check it out @ GSMArena!) But because this phone has no UMTS it's much cheaper!
So go and compare it with other phones, you'll see it has the best "value for money"!.. and it's a Nokia, always good!
