Yes, you can run Game Boy games on the 3310 2017 (2G version) with the peanut.vxp emulator. The operating system is Series 30+ based on Nucleus RTOS and MediaTek MAUI.
Which OS is it running? Can we run GB emulators on this? Was 3310 (2017) really not a success?
