I think the gap between this model and that one was just a few months, its when colored screen phones were starting to come out. :)

This was a short-lived phone. To it's credit, it was the first "polyphonic" phone in existence. It heralded the arrival of phones which could play *.mid files as ringtones. Phones before these could only beep in various tones, such as the 3310 and 3210 wherein you could compose your own ringtones. I remember that there were even mini books you could buy at the bookstore where songs where written in the number presses you have to press on the Nokia phone to compose your own ringtone. With this Nokia 3510, all you needed was to buy an after-market data cable, hook it up to your PC via serial or USB port, then use a 3rd party software to download the *.mid file to set it as your ringtone. I remember being one of the first ones to be using this type of phone, when people would text or call me, i made sure the ringtone was set on HIGH and finish more than 30 seconds of the song before i'd answer or read the text message. It wasn't too long after that Nokia came out with the 3510i which was the first nokia phone with polyphonic ringtone and a colored screen. (yay!). Lots of cool memories with this phone. It was bad-ass during the time when all the others were just beeps of varying tones.
I have never seen this type of mobile in the world , if we throw this mobile than the wall will be break but the mobile will remain normal no crack no Break
We can't know the power of nokia this is the example , this mobile also help for self defence 🤣🤣🤣
Since my aunt gave me this phone on 2004 until now it's still here alive and kicking but sadly due to its age the battery is damaged and some letters are hard to press
This would have to be one of the greatest phones ever made. I cant remember when i bought it but was around the time of the dinosaurs. I upgraded to a sony ericsson k 700i which is still working fine. We!l last year i dug it out of desk draw just curious if it would work. I didnt even charge the battery and this thing started and worked fine. Legend !
get again?

Nice phone..... You know why? Because there are lots of stuff this good phone has and it's very nice because you don't have to buy disgusting new phones like: "Samsung Galaxy S8 and IPhone X" and they have very bad specs and they get viruses fast so i recommend for children and elderly to get this phone.

i got this stuff at this year (mid. 2015)... still new and fresh look... normally working as a brand new gadget.. old taste for essential communicate... call + sms.... still useful in this era... viva nokia !
the 3510i is better!
the 4G is amazing puts iphone 5 and SGSIII LTE to shame the battey is a million times better
I own a Nokia 3510 , it's lasted 8 and a half years, and i bought it 2nd hand
The only criticism of it , is that I can't save numbers to the SIM Card only , rather the phone memory. Otherwise it's fine for what I need it for.
Joe, 02 Aug 2012This phone held up for 6 years.
Untill it committed suicide from corrosion.
Good one,...... moreMine's still up and running after 10 years using it on/off. Currently using it for the last month since my newer phone broke down, waiting for a sola to arrive.
It has been thrown against walls, dropped in a aquarium, dropped on concrete 100s of times and it still goes on.. best phone i ever had!
