It’s a very good fone people and also it has USB OTG. Also LED on the aide like old Nokia phones had N8 or 808 or N79 etc just great feature called breathing light on the old Nokia fones. Yeah i like it it’s good value for money and android ONE it’s good. In this budget go for 4.2 or 5.1 plus or maybe 3.1 plus but i like 4.2 most of them.

pokwa, 13 May 2019small form factor yes! a bit higher snapdragon ples..The snapdragon used might not be as punchy as a 636 or whatever but it's a slightly more modern process, 14nm compared to the 4.2's 12nm , it all depends on usage I guess

Maria, 10 May 2019Mi A2 Lite is well build, metal back, we get even free case in the box, yes androidone is bare... moreI am pretty sure i know all this... that is why i know what apps to use and i know how to block the ones whos permision i do not like but i need them (for work or whatever other reason) from making connections. To simply claim "all do this" then clearly be ok with it is again, mass mentality. I know what google does and i know what Apple does, i also know how they do it and why people should be carefull and should go so deep inside the system so they can actually understand how to protect them selves from leaking data.... but of course this ain't gonna happen cause their is this mass mentality of "all do this so we do not have to protect ourselves, let's post a selfie". But then again i also know, the mass has no idea how to protect their privacy and location and it is also unwilling to learn, it's too hard, "let's selfie on instagram“. Anyway, what google and apple do is official while a backdor towards sensitive data exploited by "who knows who" is not. Maybe in China the comunist gov has never had such power as they now, with this crappy mobile devices, have uppon their people, so they use it and is unacceptable. But this is not a go in Europe,and people should fight against this illness and not embrace it because it's cheep. People should fight against slave industry and not further force to be cheapper and cheapper with full front ignorance. So yeah they are two diffrent things. As for HMD, their was just a problem with the registration server, and people trying to make it look bad, makeing a whole lot of propaganda out of it like HMD is the devil. Typical manipulation class. Of course something like that should not happen and chinese software should not go out of china, but who has no mistakes? Tell me one company whos Management system never errored? Now i am not trying to protect HMD blindly, maybe it was intentionlay (out of whatever reason) but the logic tells me to highly doubt this is intentionally made on a few Nokia 7 devices and that's it. A company that whants to sell your data, struggles a bit more then that. Like xiaomi who were cought not with 10 devices. But with all of them crappy things.... and of course this could be only out of china discovered. In china is kinda hard, especially with their laws and all arround cyber limits they need to endure daily.

About sharing data.. Hm i think everybody use our data, even 3-th party apps, evwn in latest viber there is ads for our regions etc. I think that HMD is busted that share data with some hidden app, somewhere in China, Foxconn, or something like that. Even on xda developers site there is topics about that. Android is not secure os, ios is more secure, also barebone ui like that from Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite (or every HMD phone) but at keast is more secure, about sharing your data. But if you start using google apps on iPhone, its the same think like on android.

That in it self proves again and again to stear away from the mass mentality. As a matter of fact, if you notice that what you think is what everybody thinks, start investigating, something ain't right! I am now not accussing the mass because the likes of you, but don't exagerate. As for xiaomi...really? I do not support subpar boat money diggers build on stealing innovation and years of research, stealing hardware and system design and everything their is possible from every company they could copy. It is actually sad to see people buying their products, then again...we go back in time and take a look at the "mass" and it's decisions....
Now, at the end, a phone is not only battery, cpu and screen. Their are a lot of internals that can be of good quality or dissposible plus the materials is build out of and at the last point, why would i even be okfor xiaomi to use my data?

But here they have added tear drop notch and Google assist button. Nokia pricing lil higher than all other brands.

Full HD, waay better screen, better (Qualcomm also) processor, better cameras, way bigger battery, also 9 Pie, and on the back also says "androidone".. So only Nokia letters in HMD company worth that much?
