I think this speaker issue is an android 10 update issue. Mine came with the May security update. Nokia should fix this and not ruin an otherwise good phone. Everything else is working fine for me. Even after a couple drops. It works very fine.

This opinion is very honest if your a Heavy gamer the phone is above average just a little b... moreSame here, I upgraded to android 10 and it has been working fine. But I think I have issues with my microphone now. People can't hear me on calls, unless I activate speakerphone.
At first it goes back to normal after a restart, but now it seems the mic doesn't work at all no matter how many times I restart the phone. Very annoying.

A good design but terrible device in terms of hardware quality. Got it in October 2019, by February 2020 I woke up one morning to see a vertical line on the right part of the display. Now it's June and there's a new fault, people can't hear me when I'm on a call, unless I put the call on speakerphone.
Terrible issues you'd never experience with big brands...I guess that's what you get when you try to cut cost.

Hi, has anyone else had a problem updating their Nokia 4.2 to Android 10 in the UK? According to Nokia the update has been rolled out in the UK however my phone kept saying no when asked if there were any updates. I spent several hours on live chat with Nokia trying to sort it and another hour on live chat to 3UK because Nokia suggested that 3UK might be blocking the update (waste of time by the way, might as well talk to my toaster). I've sent it back to Nokia now as they say there must be a "software glitch". I still think it's a great phone though for what I want from a phone.

I have used the phone for 4 months now, the phone is some how rocking. Just that the only issue the phone is having is the camera. The camera quality is too low.. Please they really need to upgrade the camera. Thanks..
