this was my first ever handy phone, until now its working, i got this model year 2006 when i was in first yr high school, this phone is very durable, two thumbs up for this phone Good job NOKIA! =)
Anyone remember them being scented?? The covers smelled sooooo good! As well as the strapn that came with it!
i love it
It is a great little phone. I put a brand new genuine cover on my 5210, it's blue now and looks cool.
The orange backlight was very sweet that time. Siemens used to have orange displays and Nokia had green displays mostly.
And the coolest feature was the thermometer.
This was like the terminator.. Best way to describe it. Inside it had a naked plastic frame with buttons and seethrough plastic where you could see the PCB and chips. like a ribbed phone without chassis. The waterproof shell was splitt in the middle. a bottom and a top that snapped together. Hard to separate coz you had to press the sides a pull which required muscle fingers. Them fingers was also needed when typing on it. A nightmare in its own right. Hard rubber buttons.. A nightmare to use.
Got mine working today after 10 yrs...nokia makes some gud stuff!
This was the best simple phone NOKIA has ever made. I hope Nokia can re manufacture this it with the new specifics. It will be a hit

Best phone ever seen..
One of the most memorable phone I've ever had. Through difficult times, heartaches, romances, happiness and sadness, this phone had been with me until one day it was stolen from me. I still remember the ringtone when a call from someone I've been waiting for calls me. Good times..

if anyone still has a phone like this pls help. im desperately looking for a list of the ringtones on the phone
I've had 2 of these. I only had to replace the first one because I spilt milk over it. The second one has been dropped down 5 flights of concrete steps (at the same time)and still works after 10 years although the keypad is now missing. I only keep it now for sentimental reasons (texts from my late sister on it) All in all a reliable and almost indestructable phone.
